Si Señor, la descubrí ayer y me ha gustado, me ha encantado su voz, así que sin dudarlo, hoy va al blog.
Agnes Obel es una artista danesa, nacida en Copenhague, que reside en Berín. Su exquisita voz la acompaña generalmente con piano y violoncello, produciendo melodías intimistas y un tanto melancólicas.
De niña aprendió a tocar el piano. Ya en su adolescencia Obel fundó la banda Sohio en su Conhague natal, junto con el músico y productor danés Elton Theander.
Su primer single, «Just So» lo grabó en el dormitorio de su casa y luego fue tomado para una campaña publicitaria de T-Mobile.
En 2010 lanza su álbum Philarmonics donde se destacan «Falling Catching» y «Riverside» entre otros temas propios y el cover de John Cale «Close Watch».
El tema de hoy se titula "The Curse" y pertenece a su álbum Aventine, publicado en 2013.
