Secrets - Radical Face

Hoy un nuevo tema de Radical Face que aún no había traído al blog. Radical Face es una banda de folk de Jacksonville, Florida en Estados Unidos. Nació como proyecto musical del cantautor y multiinstrumentista Ben Cooper.

El grupo se hizo conocido principalmente por la canción Welcome Home, la cual llegó al puesto 38º en Suiza y 61º en el Reino Unido. En Radical Face destaca su toque orquestal y florece la guitarra acústica en sus canciones.

El 16 de noviembre del 2010, Ben lanzó un EP de 6 pistas titulado Touch The Sky, que sirve como un aperitivo para el anuncio de serie de álbumes llamados "The Family Tree. En 2011 apareció he Family Tree – The Roots, en 2013 The Family Tree – The Branches , en 2015 The Family Tree – The Bastards y en 2016 se edita The Family Tree – The Leaves .

El tema que presento corresponde a su último trabajo, "Secrets" perteneciente a su álbum "The Family Tree – The Leaves".

And she blinked and flapped her wings, and she sang a familiar song

Before she took to the air and cut a path into the woods

And then I cried, because all my life I have known something was off

But you just shrugged and said: "it ain't just you"

Slipping on the pavement where we ran from the ghosts that you saw behind the cellar door

That's the way that you showed me that I wasn't quite alone

That you'd also touched the dead before
