Reinassance - Skin & Paolo Buonvino

Reinassance es la canción principal de la banda sonora de la serie de televisión "Medici: Masters of Florence", interpretada por Skin Skinny y Paolo Buonvino. Al segundo lo conozco bien, siendo un admirador de su obra en numerosas bandas sonoras, siempre cargadas de belleza. La idea fue de Paolo Buonvino, que pensó en Skin  como colaboradora excepcional del proyecto: entre los dos músicos nació una fuerte alquimia que llevó a la creación de una obra que, planteada desde el mundo clásico del  Renacimiento se contamina de rock y electrónica, para transmitir la idea de un «renacimiento contemporáneo«.

El resultado es una pieza original con un fuerte impacto emocional. El videoclip de Reinassance está dirigido por Cosme Alemà y producido por Lux Vide y CAM (Gruppo Sugar), es un recorrido narrado por la impresionante voz de Skin a través de los escenarios silenciosos y sombríos de la serie, los personajes y las imágenes del rodaje, que nos trasladan las historias de otra época. A Skin Skinny la he descubierto a través del tema "Reinassance"que me ha encantado. El nombre real de Skin es Deborah Anne Dyer, cantante y compositora, Dj de música electrónica y modelo ocasional. También es conocida como la vocalista principal de la banda de rock Skunk Anansie. 

Os recomiendo escuharla hasta el final porque , a mi me ha encantado.
